Returns Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us at returns@wesellshoes.com to let us know if you would like to exchange or return your order. You can do this up to 7 days from receipt, but you must follow the guidelines we have set out below:
1. The item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels.
2. The goods must be completely unworn (try the shoes on carpet only).
3. Please ensure that you package the item with ample protection to insure it arrives with us in perfect condition.
4. We recommend that you use a royal mail first class recorded delivery which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our returns department.
5. Please ensure you include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email showing your order number so we can identify your return easily, failing to do this may slow down the returns procedure.

Cancellation Policy:
We Sell Shoes.com abides by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 which gives you the right to cancel your order for a full refund of the price of the item. Order cancellations must be made in writing to returns@wesellshoes.com quoting your order number, within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty Shoes:
If in the unlikely event your shoe is faulty, please contact our returns department quoting your order number, your name and the reason for the return and tell us if you would like a refund or replacement. Note you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us for this reason.
