When will wesellshoes.com charge my card?
When you complete your order and submit it, we will immediately contact your credit card company for authorisation. If this is given then your payment will be processed right away and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
If your card is declined then we will either decline the transaction immediately or contact you for further information. It maybe a simple mistake like typing your post code in incorrectly; it is always better to register first so that we have your details to hand in case of such a problem.
If your payment is not authorised and we cannot resolve the problem we will send a full refund.

VAT and NON EU Countries?
As from 1st December 2010 VAT rate is now back to 17.5%. All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT now @ 17.5%, if you are from a non EU country then the total VAT amount will be deducted manually before we process your payment.

Is payment secure?
Your payment is transacted using PROTX secure API technology; we also employ Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) encryption and have a security certificate from GeoTrust, which is visible in the left hand corner of our site. You can be confident that your payment is totally secure.
Which currencies do you accept?
We only accept UK GB Pounds, no other currency is acceptable at the moment. If you are paying using a foreign credit card then the card company will be resonsible for exchanging in to sterling and may make a commission charge. This is totally out of our control and is solely your own responsibility.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, of course you can! We are a real shop after all.You can contact us by phone Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm GMT and Sunday 11am-4pm GMT.
